Very few people get a chance to work with a boss who is their coach and mentor and Maheen is one such person who has always been my counselor. She is a green manager in all aspects which many managers struggle to become.
She has strong interpersonal skills and is a go-to person for any conflict resolution. She has a very positive and practical attitude towards life which makes her who she is.
Wherever she goes she will no doubt be a perfect manager and will be a great value addition for the Organization. I wish her best of luck for the future.
